LOCATION: Hotel moderno, con ricerca del dettaglio di pregio e comodo da raggiungere. SERVIZI: Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente nel garage dell'Hotel. Appena arrivati ci hanno offerto un aperitivo di benvenuto con bicchiere di vino e un tagliere di salumi e formaggi. Ci è stato offerto gratuitamente il noleggio delle ciaspole. L'hotel aderisce alle promozioni del consorzio di Sarentino e ci hanno fornito una carta che comprendeva viaggi illimitati con l'autobus (che ferma di fronte all'hotel) e 2 viaggi (1 andata e 1 ritorno) per la seggiovia Reinswald che a 2 minuti di autobus dall'hotel. Zona piscina, palestra e spa fantastiche. Piscina riscaldata con possibilità di uscire all'esterno dove erano presenti dei lettini con l'idromassaggio. Zona SPA e relax con vista sulla valle molto spaziose con la possibilità di fare più tipologie di sauna e bagno turco. A disposizione nella zona relax infusi e frutta secca. Wifi gratuito. Personale della reception e sala attento e gentilissimo. CAMERA: Camera molto confortevole e in stile tipico altoatesino con balcone. Bagno grande e non finestrato con riscaldamento a pavimento ma mancava il bidet. Ampio ingresso dove riporre vestiti e attrezzatura per escursioni invernali. Al nostro arrivo era già presente una borsa con tutto l'occorrente per la zona spa e relax. A disposizione minibar e snack a pagamento. COLAZIONE/CENA: La colazione prevedeva un ricchissimo buffet con la possibilità di richiedere varie tipologie di uova direttamente al cuoco. La cena prevedeva più portate e un entrè diverso ogni sera, la prima sera era prevista una cena di gala con menù fisso mentre la sera seguente il menù era a scelta. Molto graditi i buffet di formaggi tipici e di dolci a conclusione di ogni cena. PREZZI: Considerata l'offerta trovata tramite booking e la qualità di tutti i servizi offerti è stata una vera occasione!

Familie Gruber und ihr Team waren stets um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht - und das in allen Bereichen des Hotels! Hervorzuheben ist die besondere Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz ALLER Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter! Die Suiten im neueren Teil mit dem Rezeptionsbereich sind bis ins Detail außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet Die Dreiviertel-Pension ist ausgezeichnet und von bester Qualität!

Das Wetter... ;-) Aber nicht tragisch, denn der Wellnessbereich ist wirklich schön!

Lage mit tollem Blick, modernes Gebäude aus 2018, sehr gutes Essen, sehr schöne Zimmer, super Service. Mitarbeiter stets sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Everything was great, we loved our stay in deluxe suite and beautiful view of mountains from our balcony

All was great, i suggest a couple of improvements, the swimming pool can have water pressure massage jets like in other luxury boutique hotels. the afternoon snacks were great but i wish they kept a selection of teas available for guests. they only had a bar open which was great but we missed the selection of teas.

The best place where I have been so far. Perfect value for the price - almost everything was included into the price. Paying for HB gives you a light lunch and also an afternoon snack. Every dinner was a gurme experience! The Chef is perfect and also all of the staff.

Hotel is great, food was amazing- in the price you have breakfast, small lunch, afternoon snack+cakes and in the evening 4 course meal on top level! Pool is amazing and big, 3 saunas to choose from. Slopes are 3 min drive away, there is ski bus as well as public bus in front of the hotel to take you there. Amazing and relaxing stay, staff was friendly.

All was great, but note that some “basic” rooms are in “old” part of the hotel, the luxury ones are more fashionable. There are no pubs or restaurants to eat outside of the hotel.

Very clean, feels luxurious and modern… Warm rooms, noise is isolated Food is perfect, and the concept is great. You choose what you eat at the dinner in the morning…restaurant style, every day menu is new.

The food was amazing, with a good breakfast selection and vegan or fish options every dinner. The spa area was calming and super up-to-date.

Nice location, very friendly staff, great view and wellness area

All was OK

Perfect location only a stone throw away from the more bussy turist traps in the alps. The valley of Sarental offered a spa atmosphere and amazing tracks in the mountains. The resturant of the hotel is Michelin stars worthy.

There is nothing to dislike

Wonderful boutique hotel, furnished with style, spotless clean, with an oustanding Spa area. Really enjoyed breakfast and dinner, nice selection of wines. Service was extraordinary, with particular compliments to Maria and Valentina. Nice trails in this area too, so will defintely reccomend the place.
